Stayed in another day today, even though I really wanted to wrap Noah up and take him for a walk outside. Our bed was just too cozy, and I think it must have been 3pm before I rolled out of it. LAZY. Noah took a little nap on my tummy, while Jon slept along side. We’re the laziest family ever. Now it’s not even 9pm and I’m back in bed with the little bugger…must be the 3am and 7am diaper change/feeding that left me so tired.

Got some fun packages in the mail today. A cozy swaddle blanket, a baby sling that I can’t figure out how to use without upsetting the baby and best of all, a knit sweater and beanie from Berna a-yi. We had Noah dressed up for his photo shoot (of course, while he was SLEEPING) and he started getting fussy. He must think we are the most annoying parents ever. Every time he opens his eyes, there’s a camera flashing him in the face or we’re doing something like sucking the snot out of his nose or biting his nails…he’s just so darn cute, I can’t leave him alone!!! Check out the mondo buggers we extracted! Gross (But nothing compared to the diaper explosion that happened earlier!).

Noah had his second bath since birth today, and it definitely proved that his lungs are getting stronger, just by the strength of his cry. Luckily, our neighbors don’t spend a lot of time in the room next door, so they didn’t complain. Look at his picture: his cord stump fell off by day 5!
